Terms and Conditions for HexSiege

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HexSiege (the "App"), provided by TresMonkeySoup ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law

• Use the App in any unlawful manner

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s normal operation

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, game design, text, graphics, audio, and branding, is owned by TresMonkeySoup or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the App.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The current Privacy Policy is available on our website at https://www.tresmonkeysoup.net and is incorporated by reference. For online multiplayer features, Google Play Games Services and Firebase may process authentication and session-related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and Ads

As of the date above, HexSiege currently does not include paid in-app purchases, subscriptions, or third-party advertising.

If the App adds purchases, ads, or other third-party services that affect user data or monetization in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.

6. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time, including to improve performance, security, or compatibility.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on all devices or OS versions.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that all defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TresMonkeySoup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
